Shipping policy

At Skills Toy Store, our goal is to bring joy to your child's doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping:

1. Order Processing Time

• Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare your little one's toys within 24 to 48 business hours.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 2 - 3 business days.

• Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 - 5 business days. (Please note: Business days do not include Fridays or public holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

• We offer a flat shipping rate of 99 EGP for all orders, which is clearly calculated and displayed at the Checkout page before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

• As soon as your order leaves with our courier, you will receive a notification (SMS or Email) with your Tracking Number so you can follow your toy's journey.

5. Receiving Your Order

• • Please be advised that opening the package upon delivery is not permitted unless previously arranged and approved by our support team.

  • If you encounter any issues with the package, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please note that if a customer refuses to receive the shipment upon the courier's arrival, a shipping fee of 120 EGP will be charged to the customer to cover the delivery and return costs.
